Ocean front condo with unobstructed ocean views. Fully remodeled in 2017. The condo includes a full kichen, washer/dryer, living, dining, separate bedroom and a deck overlooking the ocean. This condo is on the top floor and an end unit for added privacy.
The bedroom has a king bed and in the living room there is a queen pull out bed. It is a very high end couch and the bed is extremely comfortable (not like a typical pull out bed).
One flight of staris is required to reach the condo. I am sorry but an elevator is not available.
Condo does not allow pets. Smoking is only permitted in designate areas. Must be 25 years or older.
There are two beach access points near the condo. One to the North and the other to the South. Both are approximately one block from the condo. The South access provides easier access to the beach (less stairs than the North access). It also has a ramp where you can drive your car onto the beach. This a great solution if you have a lot of supplies or prefer not to walk.
